The booking calendar below indicates dates that are available.  A credit card number is not required to book your room.  Payment will be done on your arrival.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and cash. 


Cancellation policy: Cancellations require 48 hours notice.  Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 3:00 p.m. two days before your arrival date.  Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the full first night’s stay, payable by credit card or e-transfer.


Check-in time is 3-5:30 p.m.  We do not accept check-ins after 5:30 p.m. except in very execptional circumstances - please contact us if you have special requirements.  If you wish to check-in before 3 p.m., we may be able to accommodate you depending on the previous night's reservations - please contact us to discuss.


Please note that 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be applied to all rates.


Although we do allow one-night bookings, we reserve the right to require 2-night minimum stays on any given time frame.  This is the case for long weekends as well as certain other dates due to personal commitments.


Willow Room only:  During the months of May through October, there is a 2-night minimum stay.
