The booking calendar below indicates dates that are available. A credit card number is not required to book your room.
Effective June 1, 2020, we no longer have the ability to accept credit card payments. Payment must be done either by cash upon arrival, or by e-tranfser prior to arrival. We will be in touch prior to your arrival to determine which of these two payment methods you will be utilizing.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations require 48 hours notice. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 3:00 p.m. two days before your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the full first night’s stay, payable by credit card or e-transfer.
Check-in time is 3-5:30 p.m. We do not accept check-ins after 5:30 p.m. except in very execptional circumstances - please contact us if you have special requirements. If you wish to check-in before 3 p.m., we may be able to accommodate you depending on the previous night's reservations - please contact us to discuss.
Please note that 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be applied to all rates.
Although we do allow one-night bookings, we reserve the right to require 2-night minimum stays on any given time frame. This is the case for long weekends as well as certain other dates due to personal commitments. COVID-19 Update: In order to ensure adequate time for sanitizing guest rooms, we will not be accepting one-night bookings for the duration of the COVID crisis, and we will be endeavouring to ensure that guest rooms are empty for at least two nights before the next check-in.
Willow Room only: During the months of May through October, there is a 2-night minimum stay.
